How To: Broken Pipe Flush with Concrete
Breaking off a PVC or ABS pipe flush with concrete or other access limited areas can be scary. Fortunately, there's a tool made for such an occurrence. It's called a Ram Bit, and is available in varying sizes. Ram bits can also drill out broken or improperly glued pipes within expensive fittings.
